Cancellation and Refund Rules
We understand that plans can change. That is why we have defined a clear and transparent cancellation policy. The time reference is calculated in full days before the agreed pickup time.

Booking Modifications
Date or time modifications are handled separately from cancellations:
- Free modification: possible up to 48 hours before the agreed pickup time, subject to availability.
- Late modification (less than 48 hours): treated as a partial cancellation; cancellation fees apply to the amount already paid.
- Vehicle change: free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
How to Request a Cancellation
Send an email to info{'@'}vispetta.com with subject line 'Cancellation booking [booking number]'.
Our team will confirm receipt within 24 business hours.
The refund will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation, to the same payment method used.
Force Majeure
In the event of exceptional and unforeseeable events beyond the control of either party (e.g. natural disasters, closures imposed by public authorities), Vispetta will assess the possibility of a full refund or free rebooking on a case-by-case basis, regardless of the terms above.
