Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Booking is confirmed only after deposit payment
• The balance must be paid at the time of vehicle pickup
• In case of cancellation, the specified refund policies apply

2. Rental Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid B license for at least 3 years
• Valid identity document
• Credit card for security deposit

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €300 is required, which will be:

• Blocked on the credit card
• Returned at the end of the rental if there is no damage
• Retained in case of damage according to insurance terms

4. Insurance

Two insurance options are available:

• Mini Kasko (9€/day)
• Full Kasko (30€/day)

5. Vehicle Use

• Compliance with traffic laws
• Prohibition of sub-rental
• Use only in permitted areas
• Maximum 2 people per vehicle

6. Damages and Theft

In case of:

• Damages: immediate assessment and charge according to coverage
• Theft: immediate report to the authorities
• Accident: completion of the CID and immediate communication

7. Pickup and Return

• Pickup hours: 9:00-12:30 | 15:30-19:00
• Late return: hourly supplement
• Early return: no refund

8. Assistance

24/7 roadside assistance is included for:

• Mechanical failures
• Tire punctures
• Electrical problems

10. Jurisdiction

For any dispute, the competent court is Verona.
